All travel packages are subject to availability at the time of processing your request. Availability cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received. In order to avoid mishaps, you must print your corresponding customer code and present it at the time you require your paid service. PAYMENT POLICIES. For the amount corresponding to your vacation package, AMTRAVELS LLC will immediately charge it to the credit card information that you provide, through the company AMTRAVELS LLC (transactional ally of AMTRAVELS LLC that will be reflected in your next account statement). The rates published on our site are quoted in US dollars. In the case of any other type of currency, the amount of the transaction will be converted into US Dollars at the current exchange rate in effect on the date of the transaction. CANCELLATION POLICIES. Any cancellation request must be informed through you in writing via email to your assigned Travel Advisor, mentioning your client code, date of purchase of the package and reason for cancellation; and you must do it within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase. You, as the owner of an AMTRAVELS LLC vacation package, can transfer the vacation package under personal agreement with the person who will be the new owner of the package.
