POLICIES OF REIMBURSEMENT AND GUARANTEES

Refunds and compensation are applied in the following cases: if it’s Am travels Llc fault , 100% of the amount paid in credit or cash paid to the registered user shall be returned. The credit is  valid for 90 days from the day the customer is charged. The following points are considered to be responsible:

Error in service publication.

• Flaws in the am TRAVELS LLC system attributable to Am TRAVELS LLC.

• Sale of tender when the date of the duration of the date had already been completed.

• Offer of additional benefits in offer, when the agency has not established them.

Exchange, cancellation or refund requested by the customer for purchases of services, packages or tour excursions and memberships. The company is not responsible for returning if the passenger for personal or disease reasons during use of the service, which he/she does have to leave the tour, nor does he have medical expenses for pre - existing diseases or that are developed on the tour. Or in case of natural events. If you cancel the service, the cancellation conditions in the am travels Llc reservation prevail. The following cancellation charges shall be applied:

• Up to 6 days before the start of the service: full reimbursement.

 

The refund will be made within 30 laboral days to the credit or debit card used. If the payment of the credit or debit card prior to the use of the reserved service is not honored or revoked, this will be considered as a cancellation of reservation and cancellation fees will apply, including other claims for damages. Products purchased through AM TRAVELS LLC.COM will be subject to the terms of service in the offers. The user who acquires a service without having confirmed its availability, by the means allowed (online chat, mobile or email), is subject to the conditions of returns of am travels llc. In the case of Cash Payment, it does not guarantee refunds of purchases, the same that informs the user.

Payments made with credit or debit cards, these are subject to the following processes:

• The amount paid will be reimbursed if costumer communicates with  Am travels Llc about  his cancellation of a service which has been purchased, this must be requested within 24 hours of purchase, the refund shall be made on a business day. If no proceedings are processed at any time, any purchase will take place as a accepted sale and shall not be entitled to refunds

 

Cancellation of reservations must be made according to the specifications of each product. In case the tourist does not report on his assistance to the service, he is declared as not present , this obligates that he will not have the right to claim or Reimbursement in respect of the service purchased, liberating the agency from any legal and administrative process. 

SERVICES. All purchases of services are subject to returns requested by the customer, during the first 48 hours of purchase, this applies only to payments with credit cards and debit, not applicable for Payments made with cash.

WARRANTY'S. Am travels llc, guarantees services offered to customers, from the moment they receive their product, by telephone, or mail with the booking station. The customer will accept the conditions of each service at the time of the receipt of these products.

 

POLICIES OF DISPATCH FOR SERVICES. In order to access the office, the customer must enter the required data at the time of purchase. b. If you agree with the Am travels Llc proposal, you must sign the corresponding agreement, and send it to Am travels Llc to the address that will be indicated to you. Once a document is received by M travels Llc, a customer service agent will contact you to inform you of the payment date and other conditions of compliance with the agreement.

 

c. Changes or cancellation of reservations made by our intervention , although they are governed by the providers of the tourist services, must be managed through the Am travels Llc in any of the above cases, the supplier will bring it to our company.
